![]() ![]() After holding for ~15 minutes, I was able to reach a representative who further looked into my inquiry. As it was 3:30 PM that day, and I still hasn't seen or heard from the movers, I called AMS. ![]() On the day of my move, I had moved all of my large items to the common space of my previous apartment for easy moving. At the time of booking, I was informed that they would reach out to me when the move date came closer in order to solidify a time that day.Īs I hadn't heard any update from AMS and my move day was in 48 hours, I reached out to them and was informed that movers would be at my property within the timeframe of 1-4pm. After finding them on Angi's, they called me right away to schedule me for my move-out weekend, approximately 1 month in advance. I hired All My Sons to move furniture from my previous apartment to a new apartment approximately 1 mile apart, on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I will say the crew in the second day did a great job. ****my experience was SO HORRIBLE I will make sure to post this on every review platform****Īnd for all my sonâ s Iâ ve read your other bad reviews and have seen the false written attempts to rectify. As a business owner of many businesses I had more conversation and problem solving that made it to me as if I was the owner of this company myself. If you want to be freed from the headache of moving this company is not the right choice. Before the last mover left the job he kept saying â boss we are going to make sure this gets done if I have to stay here all nightâ, yet he still did not complete job and I gave him an extra tip for being so diligent literally right before he then walked off to enjoy the holiday weekend saying boss this isnâ t worth it!ĥ. Iâ m not sure how an additional $100 was added to an account that had 3 movers quits, damaged items, was asked to help the movers move items if I wanted it completed the day of contract, and had to rectify the additional storage day bc items werenâ t moved. I was told due to that inconvenience my bill would be adjusted and it looked like it was until I reported some items being damaged. Talk is cheap until it transcribes on paper. My items then had to stay in the storage an extra day with the other half the items still loaded in a truck until the next day. Scheduled the move for the last day of my storage contract so we could move into our house after settlement unfortunately 3 out of the 2 movers quit(extremely out of shape) with the move taking too long bc it was 4th of July weekend. a good amount of my items were damaged and when notified I was told nothing would be done because a magic additional bill for me appeared that just so needed to be paid before I could submit a claim.Ģ.
